Portals:
75mm x 50mm x 1,6mm Square tubing in a “U” shape at each end of the gate opening set in 400mm x 400mm x 600mm deep 15 MPa concrete foundation.

Rails :
50mm x 50mm 1,6mm Square tubing end at top rails. Bottom rail 75mm x 50mm x 1,6mm

Bars :
Intermediate vertical bars 32mm x 1,6mm round tubing. Maximum centres of the bars 150mm.

Running Wheels :
Cast iron 75mm dia. 2 fixed to the bottom rail of the gate.

Guides :
Fixed to the portal where the gate slides through. 2 x 30mm Nylon.

Locking Plate:
Welded to the stop end Portal. 50mm x 5mm Flat bar. Holed for a 12mm lock. ( Not supplied)

Running Rail:
50mm x 5mm Angle iron set in a 200mm x 200mm Concrete beam. 15Mpa.

Finish:
All welds chipped and painted with one coat of Red/Grey oxide paint and one coat of Aluminium Paint.
