Gate Posts :
204mm dia. Round tube 3,5mm wall thickness, length gate height plus 600mm.

Gate Frame :
75mm x 50mm 1,6mm Square tubing frame to approx. 100mm above ground level.

Bars :
Intermediate vertical bars 32mm x 1,6mm round tubing. Maximum centres of the bars 150mm.

Hinges :
Adjustable straps fixed around the posts with 50mm x 6mm flange. Straps and gates fixed with 16mm dia. bolt and washer.

Centre Locking :
Flange 50mm x 5mm thick, with a 15mm hole for a lock (not supplied) welded to the frame of the gate.

Drop Bolts :
Bar 16mm dia. With 50mm x 6mm flange.

Finish :
All welds chipped and ground and painted with one coat of Red/ Grey oxide and one coat of aluminum paint.

Installation :
Posts to be set in a 15MPa concrete foundation, size 400mm x 400mm x 600mm deep.
