Posts :
To be 3,3m in overall length, having a minimum cross section dimension o 130mm x 125mm and be reinforced with 4 x R8mm x 3,15m long steel bars.

Panels :
Length 1,44. Height 300mm. Width - thickness of 60mm at the bottom edge tapering to 40mm at the top edge. panels are supplied with a Pink/Blue stone. Reinforced with 2 x 3,5mm x 1,4m long steel bars. The mean average thickness of the panel to be 50mm.
 
Concrete Strength :
Concrete strength for all components is a minimum of 30MPa at 28 Days.

Additional Information :

Installation : Foundations to be 400mm x 400mm x 600mm deep, 15 MPa concrete. Posts are set at 1,5m centres and the panels slide into the grooves on the sides of each post. The panels are then caulked into the grooves of the posts with a 4 : 1 sand cement grouting mix.

During the concrete casting process, the product is placed on a high frequency vibrating table thus giving a high density concrete , extremely impervious to water.
